Peter The Human Boy

Peter Mathis aka Peter The Human Boy calls himself a slow rocker and has an audible preference for nostalgic lyrics, vintage synthesizers, and DIY spirit. The self-produced debut album Goodbye Summer came out in autumn 2019 as a dreamy beach bar mixtape of surf rock and bedroom pop. Indie artists like Mac Demarco, Kevin Parker (Tame Impala), and Natalie Mering (Weyes Blood) have left their mark on the multi-instrumentalist. On his second album Stranger's Life (May 2022) Peter opens up the door to his mind a little further in search of identity in an ever changing world. This is accompanied by shimmering synths, Motown like drum grooves and psychedelic guitar parts. On stage Peter is accompanied by his bandmates Erika Schweighofer, Laura Keiblinger, Patrick Stieger and Jannik Rieß. Together they bring the songs to life as an experimental quintet
